Hi TheRealNSidr, Thanks for your review! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the picture on your R95H, and we appreciate your feedback on software performance. If you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please try the following steps: 1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system. If you're still noticing performance snags after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also connect with a LiveChat agent via the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Specialist

We're sorry to hear that your Micro RGB R95H 4K Samsung TV is automatically playing a particular app or show when you switch it on. We understand how this can be annoying, especially with children, and we'd love to help you personalise your TV experience so that you can enjoy this fantastic set. You can enable or disable different autorun settings for when your TV is switched on. Enabling Autorun Smart Hub will prevent a particular app or show from playing automatically, and will instead begin your viewing experience with the Smart Hub Home. Press the Home button on your remote and go to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy or Advanced Features > Start Screen Options > Toggle on Start with Smart Hub Home. You can also turn off Autorun Last App in the same menu. Your TV has AI audio features such as Adaptive Sound Pro, which intelligently adjusts the sound to your room and optimises the audio for your ambient environment and content. You can turn off this feature at Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Choose Intelligent Mode to turn off all features or select individual options to disable Active Voice Amplifier and Adaptive Sound Pro. We hope this information is helpful, and if you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly Support Teams using the contact details and opening times on the following link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ Our Teams can provide visual assistance, carrying out the steps above for you, and they can also show you around the Home screen itself and help you to personalise it with your own choice of apps and content. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we wish you many happy years ahead with your TV. ^EW at Samsung Support
