Device is very overpriced compared to the market, other brands offers better features, better cameras, better battery and far better performance on the lower price range The only good thing in this device is software updates other than that device is very very overpriced compared to the market
Dear Customer, Samsung regularly runs promotional campaign on monthly basis on Samsung.com/pk Kindly visit the website to avail exclusive discounts from time to time
I have been using A56 and now upgraded to A57 .... but Samsung phones are way too overpriced.... (at maximumA57 should be within Rs. 100000 no more than this) . Moreover, there is very little to no difference between A56 and A57.... 99.99% identical yet price is hugely different.... Other companies such as Infinix, Oppo, Vivo provide the features if not upgraded ones within 40% to 50% lower price.... Samsung should reduce phones price.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback and for upgrading to Galaxy A57 5G. We understand your concern regarding pricing. While retaining familiar Galaxy A Series features, the A57 5G brings meaningful refinements, over the A56 5G, including a slimmer and lighter design, Super AMOLED Plus display, enhanced low-light imaging and upgraded Bluetooth connectivity. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to check Samsung.com/pk for ongoing promotions and added benefits.

I'm also a fan of Samsung, but this time it's disappointing me. I'm using the A56 5 G, but I want to upgrade my phone to a new model. It is the same as the A56 model; every single thing is the same; not even one thing is upgraded, and the price difference is too high. The price of the A57 model is too high compared to other brands.
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While Galaxy A57 5G retains some of the proven features of its predecessor, it brings several enhancements, including improved CPU & GPU performance, upgraded LPDDR5X memory, enhanced thermal management, a slimmer and lighter design and improved Nightography. We appreciate your feedback regarding pricing and will continue working to deliver greater value and meaningful Galaxy experiences.
Why there is no FM radio and 3.5 mm jack ? This is essential for motorbike users there is no internet all the time to play online stuff specially on motorbike
Dear Customer, Galaxy A57 is equipped with Bluetooth which can be used to connect wireless handsfree. Additionally, Galaxy A57 supports 5G Internet, however, please check with your carrier if 5G is available on your Sim / Area
Not Recommended because this phone has very high price than other mobile phones companies in the market

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy A57 and I’m really impressed with it. The slim design looks stylish and feels comfortable in the hand. The display is bright, sharp, and smooth, making videos and everyday use enjoyable. The battery life is great, and the fast charging is very convenient. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the Galaxy A57.

Galaxy A57 - Banking Apps Freeze on Biometric Taking Picture I recently purchased a new Samsung Galaxy A57 and my experience has not been good due to a major software issue. I am unable to log in to my mobile banking apps. After entering my details, the app starts a new session and asks for biometric verification. When I proceed, the app opens the camera for 4-Finger TouchlessID / FaceID, but it gets stuck on "Taking Picture" and never completes the verification. Because of this, I am completely unable to access my Banking apps on this new device. I have already tried clearing app data, reinstalling apps, and restarting the phone, but nothing works. Galaxy A57 has a software bug where 3rd party banking apps hang at the 'Taking Picture' step for TouchlessID/FaceID. The normal camera app works fine, so the issue is with the Camera2 API used by banking apps. I have already contacted Samsung support but it is still unresolved. I have video which is not getting uploaded
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the difficulty accessing your banking app. As functionality involving third-party applications may depend on multiple factors, further technical assessment is required to determine the cause. Kindly visit your nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center so our team may inspect your device and guide you further on this.
Good phone. Build quality is really good and display. No other company can match Samsung display. However, same design for consecutive 4 years. Battery also lasts shorter than A56. Overall good in performance but I felt processor is a bit lagging.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones. Looks amazing, super snappy and powerful with the smpdragon 8 elite Gen 4, the best camera in smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI …functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI … functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.

We’re thrilled to see how much you are enjoying your S25 Ultra, Rajjdeep! It’s great that after deep research, the incredible capabilities of this model blew you away. The sleek design is perfectly complimented by the rich display and the speedy processor, which works in harmony with the battery to give you life all day. The 200 MP main camera lens captures true to life images, which can be edited easily with Galaxy AI. It’s the ideal device for gaming, work, and play - this model really has your back! ^SK at Samsung Support
